Here's a quick 5 minute workout. Set your timer for 5 minutes, only 3 REPS for each, then keep repeating until the time is up. All you need is one set of dumbbells (or body weight will do)
3x PUSHUPS
3x PLANK ROWS (plank on hands holding dumbbells, row one arm squeezing shoulder blade, then the other arm)
3x Overhead SHOULDER PRESS (standing, pressing weights overhead)
3x SQUAT (weights rest on shoulders and squat) REPEAT!!!!!!!
