FUNctional Fitness
in a Small Group Setting

In our BRANDFit50 Small Group Training Sessions, you'll spend 30 minutes led by your Personal Coach!  Our sessions are short and effective!  That all you need to make lasting change and to not overstress your body.  We incorporate movement, strength and flexibility into all our sessions focusing on the needs of ages 50 plus.  Each session will always be different, so no need to get bored!  You'll notice the difference our sessions make.  All levels are welcome, there's something for everyone.  

Choose the dates and times that fit your schedule.  This program is geared towards healthy lifestyle to keep you fit and active and doing what you're supposed to be doing in the best half of your life ..... Enjoying!!!  


We are appointment based and all sessions are Pre-booked.   BRAND FITNESS is not a "drop-in Gym"  where you're on your own.  We provide extra help, guidance and motivation, from our Personal Trainers at every Session!
