BRANDFit50 Small Group Training
Our signature offering. Most of our sessions consist of BRANDFit50 Small Group Training for 6 participants. Each session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer for 30 minutes, with individual attention, help and encouragement. These sessions will be something different every time, but will always incorporate balance, movement, cardio, strength and flexibility making for a great FUNctional Training Session. Keeping you active to Live the Best Half of your Life!
PLEASE NOTE: BRANDFit50 sessions are prepaid and pre booked. Availability is limited, so book early to avoid disappointment. You are not locked into 1 time slot, and can book from any of our available sessions. Sessions are for 3-8 members with extra care from our trainers on proper form.
