STRENGTH / CARDIO / CORE
- TRX STRENGTH: Change the way you train with TRX Suspension Training. Suspension Training tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases flexibility. PUMP it up with TRX Training! Great for fitness beginners as well as fitness experts.
- CARDIO: We've combined this session with some Ropeless Skipping to increase your cardiovascular as well as balance and coordination. Add some great tunes, keep it low impact to "PUMP up the JAM" with some easy jumping routines to make you feel like you Rock that Skipping rope!
- CORE: We will end this session with some Abdominal / Core Strengthening exercises and a stretch at the end.
