TRX PUMP up the JAM
STRENGTH / CARDIO / CORE
- TRX STRENGTH: Change the way you train with TRX Suspension Training. Suspension Training tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases flexibility. PUMP it up with TRX Training! Great for fitness beginners as well as fitness experts.
- CARDIO: We've combined some PUMP to increase your cardiovascular as well as balance and coordination. Add some great tunes, keep it low impact or increase your level to "PUMP up the JAM"
- CORE: We will end this session with some Abdominal / Core Strengthening exercises and a stretch at the end.
