Are you interested in learning proper form and technique while using Kettlebells? Does the Kettlebell intimidating to you? ... Well NO MORE! Join us for 4 sessions, teaching proper form and technique in Kettlebell training. This is an awesome metabolic workout that will tone muscles and ramp up your calorie burn.
Space is limited in this session. Work at your own pace with guidance from our Personal Trainers.
For your sessions, wear comfortable exercise clothing, bring a water bottle and towel ... and get ready for a great workout!
