Love this Massage tool.  I use it at the Studio and also have one at home.  Works out knots in my neck, upper back and also great for relieving my Plantar Fasciitis.  Any tight muscles, or knots, this is a great tool!!

This Blue band is a heavier weight, great for Rows and Chest Press.  A great portable workout for travel!
